Do I need an account to book?

No. Pay with your name and email. A free account is only there if you want your bookings saved.

Where do I find experiences?

On the hotel website after you book a room. A hotel QR or email link works the same way. You can also browse the catalog anytime.

Are experiences reviewed?

Yes. Destinely checks each listing before anyone can book it.

What payment methods work?

Cards, debit cards, and mobile money.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel from your guest dashboard. You get a full refund 48 hours or more ahead, half from 24 to 48 hours, and nothing under 24 hours. The money goes back to how you paid. Full rules: /docs#guests-refunds.

Need help with a booking?

The booking email has the provider's contact. You can also write to exp@destinely.com.
